PROJECT S.T.R.I.V.E.

Project STRIVE, funded by the County of Los Angeles, is a workforce development program designed to empower disadvantaged youth ages 18–24 with the skills, training, and confidence needed to build lasting careers in the mechanical construction trades. Serving individuals interested in pathways such as Electricians, Operating Engineers, and other in-demand fields, the program combines vocational education, hands-on training at real and mock worksites, and one-on-one mentorship to develop both technical abilities and professional workplace readiness. In addition to career guidance and supportive services, Project STRIVE provides direct job placement opportunities—ensuring participants are not only prepared for employment, but positioned for long-term growth and success in the trades.
